Our Laboratory is equipped with the USTER ® Laboratory instruments, which have globally been known, and maintains the quality control from the stage of raw material supply to the end product for 24 hours.

Yabancı elyaf ayırıcı makineleri; Jossi Vision Shield, pamuk içindeki yabancı madde, renkli sentetik elyaf ve uçuntuları yakalayıp ayırmakta ve böylece içinde hiç yabancı madde taşımayan bir iplik üretimine imkan sağlamaktadır.

Thanks to the Corolab 7 available in all the chambers of the spinning machines, each 5 mm of the strings is subject to quality control from 16 individual points by the electronic volume readers, and thereby not enabling the production of defective fabric. Foreign fiber removal machines (Jossi Vision Shield): removes the foreign materials and colored synthetic fiber as well as the sublimates in the cotton, therefore it enables the production of strings not including any foreign materials.

Hence, we supply quality and staining guaranteed strings to our customers.
